1 Ingredient Summer Snack

Frozen Pumpkin Cubes are a strong favourite on sunny days but enjoyed all year round.

This summer snack is super easy to make, lasts a long time in the freezer, and is a huge hit!

Eat, sleep, snack, repeat.

Frozen Pumpkin Dog Snack

Ingredients

• 500g Fresh pumpkin cubes

(amount depends on quantity of cubes you want to make, I purchased this bag of pumpkin from Checkers to make dog biscuits and then made frozen cubes with the leftover puree)

Directions

1. Steam the chopped pumpkin until soft

2. Mash the cooked pumpkin until it becomes a smooth puree

3. Place your pumpkin puree into ice trays and place in freezer

4. Allow to freeze completely. Enjoy!

(Keep in mind these yummy pumpkin cubes are MESSY, and best enjoyed in the garden)
